At verkstedt, we have zero tolerance for behaviours that intimidate, harass, or harm any member of our company. This includes sexualized language or imagery, derogatory comments, public or private harassment, and the unauthorised sharing of private information. We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Our Enforcement
Upholding these standards is a collective responsibility. All members of verkstedt are empowered to take action against behaviours that contradict our values. We promise to address any violations with fairness and urgency, ensuring that our workspace remains respectful and inclusive for everyone.
Scope & Enforcement
This Code of Conduct applies to all verkstedt-operated spaces, including our offices in Berlin and Cologne, online forums, and any public setting where you represent verkstedt. Reports of unacceptable behaviour can be made to our designated representatives via email at coc@verkstedt.com. Our designated representatives will take appropriate action, ranging from warnings to termination of employment or contracts, based on the severity of the offence.

We encourage every member of verkstedt to actively contribute to an environment of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration. Part of fostering such an environment includes promoting a culture of early feedback and open exchange.
